A pair of 70m platforms located on either side of the main lines, between the exchange sidings (at the up and) and a small yard and the loco servicing sidings (at the down end). The signal box was on the up side platform.

The platforms are still present. The signal box and various semaphore signals are still used when the occasional train traverses the line. Much of the exchange sidings have been lifted. Some of the loco servicing lines are also still present.
